Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By signing up for or using the Service you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Who may use the Service

• A parent account may only be opened by an adult (18+) who is the parent or legal guardian of the children they add.
• Children do not open accounts. Parents create a profile for each child, and the child signs in with a code the parents receive (the family PIN or a magic link).
• Parents are responsible for their children’s use of the Service and for keeping missions and rewards age-appropriate.
• Provide accurate details when you sign up and keep them up to date.

3. What the Service includes

• Parents set missions and rewards; children mark missions as done and may attach proof (a photo, a voice recording or a note); parents approve them or send them back.
• Points and Gems are virtual units inside the Service only. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred, and are not a means of payment.
• Rewards are defined and given by the parents. GameTrust does not sell, supply or deliver game currency, gift cards or any other third-party product, and is not responsible for honoring a reward a parent promised.
• Mission ideas, reward ideas and insights suggested by the Service are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or unsuitable. Parents decide what their children see.

4. Accounts and security

• Keep your password, the family PIN and your children’s login links confidential. Anyone holding a code or link can open that child’s profile.
• You are responsible for activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, contact us right away.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• do anything unlawful or infringe the rights of others;
• upload offensive, sexual or violent content, or content showing people outside the family without their consent;
• attempt to break into our systems, bypass security limits or disrupt the Service;
• impersonate anyone or collect information about other users.

6. Content you upload

Content that you and your children upload — mission and reward names, photos, voice recordings and notes — remains yours. You allow us to use it only to run the Service for your family (store it, show it to the parents in the family and send notifications about it).

Proof uploaded by a child is visible only to the parents in the family and to that child. More in the Privacy Policy.

7. Price and payment

The Service is currently free. There is no paid plan and there are no in-app purchases at this time.

If a paid plan (GameTrust Plus) is introduced, its price, billing frequency, term and cancellation terms will be presented before purchase, as required by the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981. Features that are free today will not become paid without advance notice and your consent.

8. Third-party services

The Service lets you sign in with Google or Apple and is distributed through the App Store and Google Play. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for their content or operation.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, code, marks and our content belong to RedRock Studio and are protected by law. You may not copy, distribute or create derivative works from them without written permission.

10. Ending use and deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy & Security. Deletion removes the parent account and the family's data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or where the law requires it. If we decide to discontinue the Service, we will give as much advance notice as we can and let you export your data.

11. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and accurate, but we do not promise uninterrupted, error-free operation or any particular parenting outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from use of the Service. Nothing here limits a right that cannot be waived under law, including under consumer protection law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time and will change the "Last updated" date at the top. We will give advance notice of a material change in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction over any matter relating to them lies with the competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district [jurisdiction — to be confirmed].
