1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create a parent account
  • Parent accounts are required to add children to the platform

3. Account Responsibilities

Parent Accounts:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

Child Accounts:

  • Must be created and managed by a parent/guardian
  • Cannot share personal information publicly

GameTrust offers both free and premium features:

  • Premium features require a paid subscription
  • Subscriptions are billed according to your selected plan
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Gift card redemptions are subject to availability and partner terms

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of GameTrust, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by GameTrust and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create using our service, but grant us a license to use, display, and process that content as necessary to provide the service.

7. Data and Privacy
